The process of Coaching is designed to unlock a person’s potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them learn rather than telling them what to do. Coaching will assist people in identifying specific goals and then more quickly and easily reaching those goals.
Experiential training is based on adult learning theory and applied behavior science studies. This form of active learning is not the same as sitting and listening to lectures, and is not based on a textbook or manual.
A facilitator helps to have effective and productive meetings/workshops/retreats.
Having a facilitator help a group of people understand their common objectives and assists them to plan how to achieve these objectives in the discussion by getting the best contribution from every participant.
